2 Riverside Walk, Kingston upon ThamesI went to Bill’s on my graduation day with my parents. I wasn’t well dressed for the dinner or anything but they made it so special. Staff checked all the time how we were, they served all the food hot and everything was delicious.
Lee was helpful, friendly, smiley, polite and offered a great customer service.
It’s the second time I go to this place and both times have been amazing.

Hands down the friendliest place to eat in Kingston. The staff are always so happy and genuinely make you feel so welcome. The brunch is to die for, cooked so nicely with great coffee. I wouldn't go anywhere else for brunch. Keep up the good work!

While the restaurant can be a bit cramped if you have a buggy (which we did), otherwise the experience was great. Standout dishes for me were the vegetarian pide and the Cacik, but everything was pretty good.

Everything had a good flavor and the portions were good. The service was friendly and the staff were very kind and helpful. The atmosphere in the restaurant was calm and comfortable, which made our dinner very relaxing. It was a great place to eat with family. We really enjoyed our visit and would be happy to come back again. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes good Lebanese food.

Gough House, 57 Eden St, Kingston upon ThamesWhile waiting for a bus in Kingston, I suddenly spotted a Wendy’s sign. In that moment, memories from 40 years ago in Seoul came rushing back.
Back then, I had my very first Wendy’s burger at the branch next to the Chosun Hotel. Fast food wasn’t as common as it is today, so that experience felt truly special.
I remember getting off at Euljiro-Ipgu Station, wandering through Lotte Department Store, and then heading over to Wendy’s with my friends whenever we got hungry. Just seeing that familiar red-haired character brings their faces vividly back to mind. It even makes me feel like hopping on a plane to Seoul right now.
The Wendy’s in Seoul is long gone, but seeing that sign again here in Kingston felt like meeting an old friend after many years. It’s amazing how a simple hamburger can travel through time, carrying memories with it, and bring them back so vividly.

1st floor, john lewis, Wood St, Kingston upon ThamesI rate 5 star for the service as all the staff are fantastic, 5 stars for the lovely cakes, but sadly, only a 1 star for the atmos/ambience because the new owners, I believe, decided to remove the beautiful piano that I used to adore playing there. Also it was linked to constant background piano notes, cleverly playing out of the piano while no one played it. That really was quite relaxing and unique whilst enjoying the food and cakes, and after my weekly office job , I would look forward to my visits there at the weekends to unwind and sometimes play.. A great hub and centrepiece has been ripped out of the heart of the cafe. It blended in very well and also was a fine backdrop against the old churchyard opposite through the tall windows. I just was preparing my Xmas carols repertoire and some more new lyrics when I visited there last Saturday, but my piano was gone!

We had the fresh pasta with 6 hours cooked lamb ragu, it was delicious. The wine was great and the desserts were excellent. Really fresh, real Italian. The service was friendly, relaxed and informative, just right. It’s a Deli also, I’d love to come back for lunch and sample the meats and cheeses on show. I would definitely recommend L’assaggino Kingston, it made for a perfect evening. The atmosphere was relaxed and romantic.

We like the atmosphere and all the three of us were familiar with PizzaExpress, which we have used since long time ago. It was pleasant, the service was good and although we like Pizza we all agreed that the quality of the food at this chain, so quality and choice at the Rotunda is similar to all other restaurants of this chain. And the verdict that the quality and choice has gone down, more noticeable in the last 10 years. Quality of the pizzas, variety and choice all went down compared with before 2010. A deterioration we all agreed. PizzaExpress pizza used to be the best and have quite a wide choice of pizzas. Very limited today.

Has a variety of arcade games and activities in which you can play and lots of other things to enjoy such as the vibe, the atmosphere, food and a bar filled with drinks. Defo somewhere I have enjoyed going to since I was a child myself and now I love taking my own two little ones here and see their lovely faces light up. Also there is an Odeon above as well as other food options available.

First, Bentalls Shopping Centre, Wood St, Kingston upon ThamesTasty food, prepared really quickly, but the service is so slow.
I waited outside for over 5 minutes before finally catching someone’s eye to be seated. I was told to sit wherever I’d like, and wasn’t accompanied to my table. So there was no real point queuing outside. There had been an accident and spill, so I sidestepped that to get to my desired seat, but that was still marked as ‘wet floor’ when I left an hour later. I asked for a fork to eat my noodles, and was served a spoon some time later. When I corrected her, she then took a further 5 minutes hunting down a clean fork as there weren’t any in the cutlery trays by me, or by the entryway.

The service was very nice, supportive, and attentive. The staff still worked very hard to make sure everything was right. I especially appreciate their care and professionalism regarding my daughter’s allergy. They carefully removed the nuts and even remade the dish when there was a mix-up to ensure it was completely safe for her.
Their attention to detail and genuine concern made us feel very comfortable and well looked after. Thank you for the wonderful food and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Historic Market, Kingston upon Thamesi can’t eat spicy food because i have a very sensitive stomach but when i said this, the lady was very understanding and recommended the lamb curry which was amazing, the meat was so tender, it wasn’t spicy, the flavours were perfect. i’d 100% recommend you to try the food there, i’ll definitely be going back for more!! :)

Kingston Riverside is one of my favourite places to unwind in Southwest London. Right by the River Thames, it’s got that perfect balance of lively atmosphere and scenic charm. Whether you’re popping down for a casual stroll, grabbing a coffee, or enjoying a meal by the water, there’s always something quite special about the vibe here.
The selection of restaurants and pubs along the riverside is solid — from cosy spots for a pint to more upscale dining. On a sunny day, the outdoor seating areas are buzzing, and the view of the river with the boats gently passing by is just brilliant.
It’s also great for walks or bike rides, especially with the Thames Path running through. And with the town centre just a short walk away, it’s incredibly convenient.
All in all, Kingston Riverside is a gem — perfect for a relaxed day out or just soaking up some riverside atmosphere.

Luckily, a male manager intervened and defended the workers. The police arrived, and I hope the workers are all well. I am sorry for what happened. Your safety is paramount. .love and peace

Gough House, 57 Eden St, Kingston upon ThamesWhile waiting for a bus in Kingston, I suddenly spotted a Wendy’s sign. In that moment, memories from 40 years ago in Seoul came rushing back.
Back then, I had my very first Wendy’s burger at the branch next to the Chosun Hotel. Fast food wasn’t as common as it is today, so that experience felt truly special.
I remember getting off at Euljiro-Ipgu Station, wandering through Lotte Department Store, and then heading over to Wendy’s with my friends whenever we got hungry. Just seeing that familiar red-haired character brings their faces vividly back to mind. It even makes me feel like hopping on a plane to Seoul right now.
The Wendy’s in Seoul is long gone, but seeing that sign again here in Kingston felt like meeting an old friend after many years. It’s amazing how a simple hamburger can travel through time, carrying memories with it, and bring them back so vividly.
