We rarely venture into central London and our annual visit took us to the lovely Cafe Concerto. Diana the barista / manager was kind enough to get 8 of us a table, but not without grief from one particular patron who was extremely rude to her. Diana was calm and very accommodating. What has happened to Cafe Concerto? Service not up to standard. Helpful and smiling but something missing. Twice visited after theatre and was amazed to find almost empty and cakes chosen missed the wow factor. Have always loved CC but what with the prices a lot higher will think twice before going again.

Nice cakes but slightly disappointing customer service. Had to re-order half of original order, waiter kept getting distracted with other customers and "small hot chocolate" turned out VERY BIG. Cakes a little bit over priced. Good for tourists.
