Part of a national chain. It has the best tasting coffee vs Costa and Starbucks. This store has a wide variety of seating and it gets pretty busy as it has a nice atmosphere from the large windows. Just around the corner from Charing Cross and Covent Garden. I’ve seen others comment regarding using disposable cups and packaging for dine-in. This is normal if it is busy or near closing. Quick queue time and good service. Lots of options for lunch, snacks and drinks. This is quite a large Nero with lots of seats which was also a bonus so we decided to eat in. The tables were not cleared from previous customers which would have made the experience a little better. Would visit again.

It's cafe Nero, which I usually like. However...I ordered my coffee and cake, and was surprised that a tray was set out on the counter, and a disposable cup along with a large cardboard open box with the cake in.What a waste!!!!! And I really don't want to sit in a cafe with "take away" containers.I wouldnt go back to that particular cafe
