We went on Sunday lunch time, very busy but were seated immediately. The staff were good and very attentive and the food superb and served without an undue wait. The decor is quirky, very individual and changes as you go through the various rooms that make up the restaurant. Went here with a friend who recommended it as we were having a meet up in London and wanted a good lunch spot Was a bit wary that people said it was just for the gram and nothing more - this is not true at all The food was excellent - we shared the carbonara that they toss in a cheese wheel and serve at your table and we shared the deep fried dough mini pizza with tomato and pesto Is it the cheapest food? I have to say I’ve been to Italy multiple times and a lot of Italian restaurants, this was hand on hear the best Italian food I’ve ever had! Would highly recommend the Nero d’avola wine and truffle pizza…perfection! The only reason I wouldn’t give it a 5 was all the sneaky upselling tactics, ie why not add bread, why not add an extra topping etc etc…We got told 3 times about the table time limit, not exactly conducive to a relaxing meal!
