Coffee was very good, as expected from Caffè Nero. The lady behind the counter however was very impolite (I wanted to go upstairs with my drink and she said upstairs was already closed in a very rude manner) and she really rushed to get all the customers out the door before 6pm. There is also no toilet available.
Delicious coffee and hot chocolate. We also took belgian chocolate muffins and they were also great. Unfortunately no toilet, but there is a sign telling that by the door. Kind staff. Nice place to rest!

Why go to Starbucks when you can come here?Coffee is made just right! Near the Leicester Square Tube exit.It's not super crowded, at least it wasn't when we were there. Seating inside and out, and if it's nice I recommend outside. Friendly staff, good service.
