Because of the location this place is always almost standing room only, I managed to get a seat last time but it's a really unpleasant environment; once you have a seat you get looked at as if you just stole the chalice of immortality from someone's dying son ? because it's busy I understand the staff are very stressed, however the manager was also really rude last time I went in - so generally you know what you're getting food wise, but don't expect a relaxing lunch if you want...read full review

This shop is always busy, so you might have issue finding seating arrangements however, food is always fresh, drinks are always made in prompt manner . Staff members are friendly and kind.

Love the ethics of the brand, the cheerful hard working staff and the coffee - while at the mercy of the barista - is usually excellent but the sandwiches include too much greenery / rabbit food.Always busy and crowded.
