The food was excellent. Deep taste and perfect flavours. Service and ambience were great. Wines and cocktails were very high priced for our (Dutch) standards, so we drank beer that was very nice.
Heard of Darjeeling Express on Chefs Table and had to try. We enjoyed our anniversary dinner here on Saturday night. Lovely food, atmosphere and all around service. Our server and hostess truly made an effort to make our night special and it did not go unnoticed. Very nice touch to receive a hand written card from the owner too! Thank you for the nice memory ?

Darjeeling Express is a jewel. As a former Calcuttan I might sound biased but Asma is the ultimate chef activist. I was there with my son and it was the best meal he ever had. We also got to converse with Asma. The all powerful women’s team in the kitchen are creating magic that will take you to an incredible gastronomical journey leaving you with a sense of nostalgia that will make you come back whenever you are in London.
