Every Gail's we have been in to has been great. Food is always fresh and tasty, and the coffee is always fantastic.The staff are obviously well trained as all are friendly and helpful.Never had a bad experience here.
Went to Gails yesterday and had a delicious seeded bagel with tomato and pesto and a really good size pot of tea. The service was lovely. I would highly recommend and for a special treat finish off with a cinnamon roll. Amazing

Overall quality of savouries and breads great but service is sketchy at best! You can wait ages to get served despite the 5/7 staff behind the desk! Then you get an attitude without a welcome ! It’s a shame
