A refresh and reboot can be a good or bad thing for any business and, luckily, it appears to be a good thing here in Blackheath. Shiny new environment (it’s been renovated last week) and a slightly new layout have made for a very efficient service. This place has always had key staff who are very polite and nice, but it seems now the whole team presents the same upbeat pleasant attitude and it’s much more efficient. Nice range of bakery items which are delicious. Choc almond croissant was amazing. The coffee is good especially the dark Mocha. Acoustics aren’t great so it can be quite loud inside and hard to talk. Service is alright and varies especially if they are busy. Overall a good option but I avoid peak times

I love this bakery! The food is freshly prepared daily and the staff is really friendly. I highly recommend their cinnamon buns, salmon bagels and honey, almond and walnut bread. I really enjoy sitting downstairs and watch how they prepare the food.
