With so many different options at Borough Market it is super difficult to choose where to go. I had already eaten my full by the time I stumbled upon Gastronomica, but I couldn't pass up a delicious looking prosciutto, mozzarella, sandwich. Sandwiches travel well, right? Passed by here and HAD to try their Cannoli. I love that they are mini so you can try multiple flavours! I tried the Pistachio Cannoli. The shell was beautifully crisp, as it should be, and the Pistachio Cream a lovely consistency with a strong flavour (none of that watered down stuff). I will definitely be back to try more and would highly recommend!
