Pre-pandemic, I used to bring a monthly social group here because it's got great links to transport and is relatively accessible to those with mobility issues. We decided to return in November 2023, and were greeted as if we'd never been away. On a recce a few weeks before a manager was so pleased to see me I thought he might give me a hug! This is my usual spot especially after uni. I would love to give my appreciation to Steffy! She is a fantastic person who helped me and you can tell she does her job with passion!! The staff members too are amazing! If I could, I would definitely give more than 5 stars to everyone.
