I like coming back to La Piccola Deli in Maida Vale for their take-away lunch offerings. The food was delicious, and the variety of options was great. The service was friendly and efficient as well. Overall, a delightful experience!
This place is so close to 5 stars, but the slightly sour service meant I could not love it like I could.There was a tall blond guy and if they all smiled like him it would get 5 stars!if they were all like the others it would get 3 stars.If they were all as unpleasant as the manager who bullies saying what the boss wants to justify how he arrogantly takes away their self-esteem, it would be 1 star.I feel so sorry for the beaten down staff, it must be so hard for their mental health!The...read full review

Piccolo has got some lovely new staff and Rossella is back in charge! The atmosphere is wonderful and the food amazing… And the cheese and ham selection is superb - you’ve got to try it. Can’t fault it ?
