Lovely staff, very friendly and polite. The good for my partner was good and the drinks were fine. Very little choice for vegans, if any. When in Costa I get vegan options and the food is supplied by M&S so why not in your own Cafe?We nearly left on entry as the tables were not cleared and the staff were talking in the back kitchen. We found one clear table so we stayed.Room for improvement.
I visited early Saturday morning for fries and americano with cold milk. Such a pleasant staff and so peaceful. Then returned for coffee about 12.30ish with my brother and sister-in-law. They had fries and soup. The café was lively with children but a nice atmosphere. I hadn't been to Richmonds M&S for years. Toilets clean.

Strangely felt understaffed. Change in sandwich offering was a shock. Value has gone out of the visit. Noticed the fizzy drinks are 250ml containers, not 330ml tins or 500ml bottles. People want a drink not a slight dampening of the throat. Toasted sandwich was good.
