Fantastic pub lovely staff the landlady is excellent with kids. Absolute pleasure every time we go there cannot fault the oak at all The food is delicious and they serve the best pint of Guinness in Islington hands down ?
Best Sunday Roast in the area! Just moved to TP 6 months ago, been trying out a couple places but this has been the best so far. Gravy was delicious and flavoursome. Portion sizes were very very good for the price. Only slight criticism was no Sunday sides :( only got 3 roast potatoes so would have been nice to be able to order some on the side but still banging roast lovely garden and venue.

Food is always amazing when we go - on this occasion it was great but….. There is a sign outside clearly stating 2 for 1 pizzas on a Monday (that’s why we went) but we were told that the 2 for 1 deal wasn’t on because “there was a new chef” - surely doing extra pizzas would give them practice ?
