Despite being left alone to handle dozens of customers and a very crowded shop, they made everyone feel welcome with their smiles, laughs and jokes. Enchanting service by Manager Theo, who was polite & courteous throughout our business brunch. We felt absolutely at home, though Trafalgar Square was bustling with tourists & travelers.
