Another day I had a mocha with some other items. The barista with the hijab made a really good mocha to the point, I loved it!Few months later, today again on my way, I had 2 mocha's but it was not up to the expectation unfortunately. We had a quick pick up at this outlet near the Victoria coach station. There was a long queue, but the staff there were quick and patient and served with a smile. We picked up some snacks, cold drinks and chocolate mousse.This was good for the long journey to Nottingham. Good service and good taste what more do you need for the price you pay.

Food was fine. The member of staff who served me didn't seem to want to be there. Didn't say a word to me whilst he was serving me and practically threw my order at me. Having worked in both catering and food retail I understand how a bad day can make you feel, but there is absolutely no excuse for such unprofessional service.
