Frankly I only came here because ive never seen such a low score for a restaurant before. How could any establishment operate if it consistently garnered such low scores. So my expectations were low.The food however was consistent with the pricing and the manager could take the odd joke. The beer was cold and the madras was spicy. What’s not to like?If you’re after a nice quick curry and friendly service and you’re not expecting anything beyond the ordinary you will be satisfied.
Small, silent, ghostly and deserted restaurant.... As for the food, it was also quite good, but the bill, as reported by others, was disproportionate. £40 each for some chicken with rice and bread accompanied by draft beer. The owner (the only person seen inside) is a decidedly strange guy...
