We were after an evening meal, and most places didn’t have tables on the ground floor. We then found out about Nags Head and went upstairs. Cameron greeted us upstairs, which was quite cozy. We ordered pies for the table, fish and steak and ale pie, both fantastic. Megan and Cameron provide amazing service. Thank you, guys. Popped in at 3pm for a bite to eat. Restaurant upstairs was empty, but bar man was welcoming and chatty. Ordered burgers which came in a ressonable time and tasted good.Would recommend a

We arrived at lunch time with two young children. A freshly cleaned table was quickly found for us. The staff were very helpful and our food when it arrived was excellent. We would happily return.. lovely traditional pub with very good value food.Vegetarian options: Beetroot and mint burger ?Kid-friendliness: Children's fish and chips with a lovely light batter.
