The service is good, the waitresses are very attentive and helpful but the food is not the same, frozen product for example the squid are frozen and the potatoes the same, the sirloin was pure charcoal, one thing is a little more than the point and another charred, In my case I went with the fork and I didn't pay anything luckily it was free but it's a place I wouldn't repeat
Really nice place and the food was also quite outstanding. The only thing was when we had afternoon tea that the employee never came as "service" to ask if you wanted more tea or if we were missing something. She also didn't ask if it tasted good, which I might have expected since the place seemed so nice.. but the price was ok for afternoon tea. We gave £24 + 12.5% in the service which was not there …..

Nice venue and attentive and friendly staff, but the food is nothing to write home about. It can be eaten but is not an immediate pleasure. It should have been cheaper for what you got.
