We stumbled across the pub whilst waiting for our hotel room. As soon as we entered the pub, we had a friendly greeting and offered a table. Drinks order taken, really friendly staff asking where we were from, offering advice on drinks. Food was really good and very reasonably priced for London. Would definitely go again if in the area, thoroughly recommend!

This is one of my favourite hideaways when in London. You feel like you've escaped the rat race the minute you walk though the door. Food is good and the staff are very friendly & helpful. Mind you on one day I dropped in it took a good 5-8 minutes to find someone to serve me. It was at a quiet time but not great when you call out for service and there is no answer.

Came across this quaint little spot by accident and so glad we did.We were starving, and the food here did not disappoint good unpretentious food at a decent price,atmosphere was lovely we ended up staying longer than we thought it was cosy,relaxed and the staff where all so lovely,polite and smiling which can be hard to find nowadays the young girl ( I think her name was steff) sorry if its wrong was brilliant, she was so kind and warm made us feel really welcome and at ease...read full review
