Large and comfortable space - you can ask for water refills (Terminal 2 Arrivals does not have a water fountain). I scored 1 on service to reflect the lack of a water fountain. ☠️
Pretty nice place to spend some time before your flight waiting at terminal 2 Heathrow airport London. They have plenty of options in coffee to choose from. Service is good and the staff is courteous. A cafe that should be on your wish list.

For an airport coffee lounge. It was quite impressive. The coffee was one of the best we've had. This is coming a batista who has worked in the industry. The ambiance was nice with vintage furniture.
