Staff were very confused about the O2 offer, and after 5min of back and forth, I got the drink that was included in the offer, but the person in question behaved as if they were doing me a favour, saying I should have paid extra for it.
Lovely lady served me, very friendly. The only problem was I wanted something sweet to go, but there was literally nothing available besides gingerbread biscuits and muffins. Also, Greggs really need to do a better halal selection, nothing really on the pasty section besides cheese and onion and vegan sausage.The only reason it gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is because of the customer service of the lovely woman. Was very busy during the morning time before the lunch rush , staff are friendly just the dude at the counter made me pay 5p for the bag after giving me my chicken and sausage n bean pies in separate bags would go again if I’m in the area
