Pret is the best of the chain cafés. Good, fresh food in light airy environments with free water and WiFi and the Pret Foundation does genuinely good work with those on the margins. I have been using Pret in Putney, London for 2 weeks and the staff are amazing. They seem happy, moral is high, the vibes are great and the customer service is excellent. I can’t recommend them any more. I’m really impressed.

I was served by a lovely person who I believe is called Hamza. I wasn’t having the best day but he really made an effort to compliment me and ask me about myself in a very genuine way. You can tell he really cares about connecting with others. Also, the food was great. Thanks!
