What a fantastic pub! It’s so rare to find a traditional venue, taking good old fashioned cash with service that is next level! Vanessa is a breath of fresh air and the food is lush! I’m not local but I’ll be paying this place many more visits!
Was at a 40th birthday party...what a beautiful hall the decor is lovely ...great food...friendly staff...had travelled by train to get there...the station is round the corner so transport by train or bus is not an issue if drinking...would recommend this to anybody that lived this way...give it a try for party etc ?

Fab traditional pub with great owners and staff...Always guaranteed to have a good time when you go in there!They put on great entertainment, and their food is delicious can definitely recommend the Alma ??
