Little Bay Croydon

First time eating here, it certainly won't be our last. Delicious food across the board, nice wine too. We'll aim for an evening with entertainment next time. 10/10!

Buongiorno Cafeteria

It’s one of my favourite spots on the high street. The food is consistently amazing - fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. The coffee is excellent too, and the atmosphere inside always feels warm and welcoming. It’s the kind of place you can visit for a quick espresso or linger over lunch and feel right at home.

That said, I really think they could take things to the next level with a bit of attention to branding and presentation. The current printed shop sign doesn’t do justice to the incredible quality of the food and service inside. A more elegant, hand-painted sign - something with character and charm, like the ones at Crushed Bean, Bob’s Your Uncle, Filtr Coffee, or Anna’s in Addiscombe would make the café stand out instantly. It would signal the premium, authentic experience that already exists inside, rather than blending in with the many builder-style cafés around.

This place is a gem, it just needs that extra polish on the outside to match the brilliance within. Stand out from the crowd, your food deserves it!

The Golden Ark Micropub

We have been past here numerous times and thought well let's give it a go.

What an amazing little gem of a Pub. From the warm welcome by Matt behind the bar and the Patrons. To the lovely drinks on tap. We ended up staying for 4 hours as it was endless good conversation, and Drinks.

Kay and I will definitely be back very soon.

Toby Carvery South Croydon

We had a lovely time the restaurant was clean and staff were very friendly we were served by a young man called Tyler who was very enthusiastic and friendly. Will come back again

THE best curry house in Croydon. It's definitely worth travelling to. The food is excellent, and I've been to a lot of Indian restaurants!.
I would suggest the Afghan lamb shank which is cooked for 8 hours, and the flavour!!!
The service is totally on point.

Only visited once while down there for work, but the lady behind the bar was lovely and all the locals were really friendly and chatty, proper local pub that made us feel welcome.

I visit regularly
Lovely staff and really good coffee
Sweet treats I’ve tried are always good and sandwiches very tasty
Only criticism I have is that the toilet is under par
Smells damp and feels grubby
Otherwise very good experience
I would give 5 stars if toilet was better

Boulevard

Went for the roast dinner, will definitely be back for an evening meal. Loved the food, it was fresh, tasty and very good value for money. Their homemade Tiramisu was amazing! Service was excellent, speedy and efficient. A hidden gem in South Croydon.

My business simply couldn't succeed without Eats. We run recording studios on the same site and we rely on Eats to provide freshly made, beautiful food for our clients and actors. The food is always wonderfully prepared every day and nothing is ever too much to ask for. Actors, who are used to Central London fine eating are constantly praising the food and service. Eats allows us to compete with the larger London recording studios and is part of our family.

Selsdon Spice Croydon

We decided to dine at Selsdon spice for my sister’s birthday with a moderately sized party. We were served drinks as soon as we arrived and found the service to be very good.
The food arrived in good time from when we placed the order and I have to say my lamb madras was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Very flavourful and a perfect thickness of sauce.
Everyone really enjoyed their food and we will definitely be going back in the near future.

Sanderstead Tandoori

Been ordering from here for years, best naan bread and loads of options including veggie options. Always have a good experience and lovely friendly delivery drivers. Thoroughly recommend!

Ellie's Kebab

Atmosphere isn't really applicable as it's a takeaway.But the fish and chips are really nice, they also deliver. Wait can sometimes be long but the service is very pleasant and friendly.

Costa Coffee

Now my favourite cafe and coffee space has sadly closed ( priscilla's cafe ) I now have to get coffee from Costa in this area. I have to say I had a gorgeous fruit tea there and I cannot wait to have more.

Sir Julian Huxley - JD Wetherspoon

Quite an unassuming Wetherspoons in a bit of a rogue location but much more to offer than first meets the eye. Plenty of seating, clean convenient toilets, a well stocked standard Spoons drink selection, speedy and fresh food all to be topped off with a hidden beer garden!

Blossom House

My mother is 81 and incredibly hard to please. This restaurant has never gotten a single complaint, and I'm harassed to order again. I'll be honest and admit we're both housebound, and I've never been to the place. My 'atmosphere' rating might be off, I can't say... but the people are amazing and try very hard to give you what you ask for. This is currently my favorite place to order from.

Costa Coffee

I go there nearly every morning, when Adenisa is there she is amazing, very friendly and respectful young girl, I don't need even to order because she knows what I usually get,the rest of the team are very moody,

Oriental Kitchen

My usual Chinese when I do decide to get Chinese. The lady who seems to usually be serving there is always polite. Portion sizes are good, I like the quality of the food and the prices are fair in my opinion. Will continue to return. Some other reviews seem incredibly harsh, I can not say I had the same experience as others.

Papa Johns Pizza

Love coming here! Great customer service and their vegan pizza is the best I’ve ever tasted! Better than anywhere else. The restaurant is clean and there is a table to sit on while you wait for your order. The manager (I think it’s spelt Sherie) is lovely too- warm and friendly. We ordered from them a few weeks ago for my kids party and the order arrived bang on the dot. Not 1 minute late so we are really grateful to have them round the corner from us. Thanks so much once again!
