Last week I ordered a regular pizza with fries and said it will take 20 minutes. After that, the delivery didn’t arrive at my house which I been waiting for yourselves therefore this was the worst service ever. Don’t recommend this Pizza Hut!
Spent over £45 here. Ordered a few pizzas, saw the driver shoot passed my house on my CCTV. when he returned I opened the door while he was getting the pizza out to find that he was engrossed on his phone using swear words involving mothers and sisters in indian to which I had to hear till he saw I was there. Pizza was only luke warm, soggy and fairly tasteless.WOULD NOT RECOMEND !!

I had a disappointing experience at Southall Pizza Hut. Despite ordering a meal deal, only one pizza arrived after 40 minutes. When I called to address the issue, the manager, Bhavik, was rude and insisted on sending the missing pizza only if I returned the first one. The pizzas eventually arrived after an hour, but the customer service left much to be desired.
