The two of us went in for lunch. We chose sandwiches and got in line to pay, meanwhile I needed to use the toilet. I went there, but it was closed with an "out of order" note on it. So we put back the sandwiches and left for another place.

I have been a regular customer at this branch for the last few years and there have been ups and downs in the food/service quality and the atmosphere especially after the introduction of the subscription scheme. VERY expensive for what it is. I went there for lunch - I work near by- as I also needed to make a personal call and didnt want to be outside - weather was foul. I had a small sandwich and a drink and it set me back almost £10! You can have a good warm lunch for that at my local.How people can afford eating there every day , especially youngsters, I have no idea. Since then I've been making my own sandwiches and having a coffee break at Nero's. Way cheaper and as good.
