Service is at snails pace in here. Two staff should be attending to customers during peak time before 9am with people rushing to work, school, the station e.t.c. I would never usually feel the need to write a review for a fast food branch but my interaction with Alison was really pleasant! She reminded me about the Greggs app and was happy to wait for me to re-download it and login to make sure I got the scan for my purchase and check for freebies.I sat in and had my food and drink to find she was not only that pleasant to me, it was with EVERY.
