My grandaughter and I were there for tea and coffee so busy and the staff amazing how they cope with those queues all day long is nothing short of brilliant the happy and pleasant manners are a joy. Our experience was great, we were served by a lovely, young lady named Renu who had a smile on her face the whole time. Hi , today at lunch time I left an important souvenir rapped in newspaper ( It is a rolled up painting) just in front of this pret and manger in the tables to charge the cell phones. Could you please check It out and let me know if you have It to figure out How can I get It back?
