Just over a fiver for two pints plus a varied and cheap menu, make this an ideal place for a visit. It's a Wetherspoons pub so you know what to expect, there's no live entertainment or loud music, just a busy and functional pub with pretty good food. I ordered a steak, my partner a small breakfast. I have visited Twickenham many times for business and leisure and the William Webb Ellis Wetherspoons is a great place for a solo traveler. I use the app to order and I love it. A ‘Spoons is a ‘ Spoons in so many ways but here the staff are so friendly and make me feel welcome every time. I love that Uni students can have a good time alongside old fogeys like me and the atmosphere is always good. Nice attentive young Lady who served us food. Surroundings pleasant. Only draw back are plaster covered builder types or those wearing garage greasy overalls , On three occasions,i received plaster/cement on my suit,and once engine oil.
