The manager is really good and always friendly and will go the extra mile. Staff are generally good too. Sometimes issues with food being out of stock but that's the same in all Costas. Tables sometimes should be cleared faster but it depends on how busy they are. Never used the toilets here and unlike a lot of cafe chains, you don't get every desperate passer by using it as a public loo! Having a door code probably deters. Sometimes you have to queue a while.
