Absolutely love Caffe Nero, the effort put in to the food and drinks shows unlike other similar chains! Always my first choice when it comes to cafes.This Caffe Nero was great, just a bit dated atmosphere.
This was a fantastic shop to get hot drinks at with my friend, harboring a classic design including the mirrors! The staff were friendly, the counter is well-presented and the service was solid for both a white and hot chocolate on my Tastecard discount. The seating is comfortable, cleanliness had been maintained and the frames add to the wall too!

Called in for a quick drink with a colleague in between meetings. Ordered drink and snack advised trainee batista I had a free drink. She put the costing through and hadn't taken the free drink off. I advised her of this to which she replied you can use it next time. I appreciate this but her attitude wasn't appropriate nor good customer service. Not as helpful or customer Fri as other Cafe Neros I have been to.
