Used to go here regularly years back when I lived in Prestwich.and it was great, moved further away and now I'm more local again although in Radcliffe. Tried a number of Chinese takeouts in my area and none beat China Palace. Although seems management/chefs have changed and the food is different it is still great and always fresh!
This is not the same establishment as when I last visited, it’s changed chef I’m sure. Food didn’t blow us away like it used to. Rice or chips with main courses are extra. Wasn’t worth the money.Hot& sour soup was ok till I chewed on a chilli then it burnt my tongue ..same with my wife! No bamboo shoots or chestnuts in the special fried rice though served in 6.5 minuits. Shop was empty so alarm bells there then…it used to be full to busting last time the others had...read full review

Great food and great service. I’ve been using this place for years and it never lets me down. Recommend the salt and pepper chips, the mushroom foo yung and the sweet and sour king prawn.
