Breakfast was only OK to be honest, especially for the price. Might just be a preference thing but streaky bacon is horrible & fatty, ended up leaving most trying to separate the meat. Also & again could be a preference thing but the scrambled eggs for me were too slimy, just not cooked long enough. Came today for afternoon tea. The restaurant was extremely busy for a Friday lunchtime and the service was rather slow.The afternoon tea itself was probably one of the nicest afternoon teas I've ever had. The salmon and cream cheese sandwich was especially delicious.We had one large pot of tea between two of us, I could have enjoyed another cuppa, but the waiting on staff were very busy so it was hard to catch anyone's attention.There were a couple of rather loud lads in the restaurant...read full review

Had Sunday lunch here, it was the worst I have ever had, the food was cold and just about cooked. My partner had food of the menu which was lovely, would visit again as it was a lovely venue with lovely staff, just not order Sunday lunch
