Typical chain pub grub, not bad but not Michelin standard, you know exactly what to expect here, which is absolutely fine. Nice pub and location, bar staff are very nice and friendly and the pub has a nice

Food really good and a great price. Went on a Sunday lunch though and very busy. Only 1 bar person working so took a while. Plus we got told by one employee it was table service and bar service by another so bit confusing!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian in group said food was very tasty( mushroom pie I think) and a good choiceParking: Make sure you register your car when eating or you WILL get a fine!

I had a family gathering here yesterday 4/1/24 and the booked the snug area in the restaurant.There was a few of us yet our food arrived in a timely manner and the service staff were very friendly.I had the pie and mash with gravy. It was perfect and a sticky toffee pudding with custard, again perfect. It was all reasonably priced.
