MaltDog is an intimate venue offering a great selection of beer which changes frequently. Every time you visit there is an opportunity to experience a new flavour and the selection is always tasteful. Service is always lovely and welcoming. I particularly enjoy the music selection: playlists of Alternative Rock and Metal which could be from my own Spotify playlist. With an upstairs area offering more tables and sofas I have never had a problem finding a seat even on a busy night....read full review
This bar is amazing, from the selection of alcohol to the staff's amazing service. I was out on a stag do and the staff took care of the entire party despite any mess or noise. They were just amazing.
Recently had a leaving do here and it was brilliant. Dan was really responsive to my initial enquiry and all my questions in the lead up to the event. We used the space upstairs and it was a great for around 15-20 people. I preordered some welcome drinks and they were all laid out waiting for us as requested. When I arrived, the staff member at the bar was expecting me and gave us a really warm welcome. They were really helpful throughout and we were allowed to bring our own decorations....read full review
