This place has easy parking, good food and helpful staff. There are tiny tweaks I'd make to the meal but generally it was a great meal out.Others may not agree, but I wouldn't serve Yorkshire pudding with lamb - only roast beef, always mint sauce too. The roast potatoes didn't taste fresh to me (but the mash was lovely) and I didn't see any salt on the table, the rhubarb wasn't done enough for me but the crumble was a good dessert overall. You said you wanted detail!!

Food was below average. Veggie options were sparse. 1/2 the menu they either didn’t have or they had made changes. E.g. beef and venison pie didn’t have venison (and isn’t a real pie as it only has a pastry lid!) space, atmosphere and drinks are good. Wouldn’t go again for food.Vegetarian options: Hardly any and we’re not nice.
