We visit every Thursday evening for the Jam & open mike night. Also Sunday afternoons for free band entertainment.Great atmosphere, and good choice of real ales.Parking: Limited parking, and you may have to walk to pub.The pub is opposite Greenfield train station.
This traditional pub sits in the hills of Oldham, on the Real Ale tail.Serving excellent quality craft beers and ales.Good for live music.Parking can be tricky but the Railway Inn is situated close to Greenfield Station on the main line from Manchester to Leeds.

This is a great old pub. It doesn't deserve the bad reviews it's received. It's great they're keeping the tradition of gigs going. People should go to these places and keep them alive.
