So we visited Istanbul Grill in Prestwich village the other day after we arrived back on a few day break in Nantes in France, We arrived at 4:30pm and the restaurant was quiet so we were greeted by a waitress who seated us at a table in the window.
To drink i ordered a pint of Efes(Turkish larger) and my Wife ordered a glass of Cabernet Sauvigion. Drinks were well presented and went down a treat on a hot summers day.
To eat we ordered off the set menu to start i ordered a lentil soup and my Wife ordered Garlic mushrooms and we also ordered a Garlic bread with cheese, My soup was very flavoursome and tasted delicious it was served with hot pitta bread, My Wife really enjoyed her Garlic mushrooms and the Cheesy Garlic bread was amazing and by far the best I had ever eaten.
For mains my Wife ordered Lamb kofta which came with Rice and salad and I ordered Chicken Shawarma with chips and we ordered an extra portion of chips, My Wife really enjoyed her lamb which was hot, very tasty and succulent and went really well with the rice and chips, My Chicken Swarma was fresh, extremely tasty and the chips were delicious, we both cleaned our plates and decided to order another beer and glass of red wine ?.
Restaurant was spotlessly clean, super friendly and attentive staff, Beautiful decor inside, Fantastic service, exceptional value, toilets were spotlessly clean and we really enjoyed the whole experience and we highly recommend Istanbul grill in Prestwich and you can pay cash or card.

Panama Hatty's Grill
2 Fairfax Rd, Prestwich, ManchesterI have been here twice now after a friends recommend , and both times have been fantastic , the food , quality , price and service is all 10/10 , we have a dog and they so well cater for her , straight on it with water and treats , it was my husbands birthday and set up on the table on arrival was a banner and card , and dessert and candle presented at the end , it’s nice to find a caring restaurant with lovely staff who are in it , proper strength cocktails , good food , and competitively priced , thankyou , and will be back soon !

391 Bury Old Rd, Prestwich, ManchesterAbsolute gem - great choice of dishes from Balti to Byranii - the Tandoori mixed grill was tender and great flavour. All fantastic - lovely salad - crispy/ fresh and lots of chutney - yoghurt/mango/ onions and crispy poppadoms. Then pillowy naan to mop up all the lovely sauces - butter chicken was a fave. The staff absolutely delightful so busy but super quick service and big smiles. Highly recommend

383 Bury Old Rd, Prestwich, ManchesterBest Kebab in Prestwich. Easy on the sauce though ?. Bloke in front of me had chips on his Donner. Nice touch, bit like a Giros - it’s called a “Kevin”. I’ll deffo be sinking one of those next time!

30 Longfield Centre, Prestwich, ManchesterAbsolutely beautiful lunch at Croma today! Stumbled across this place when looking for somewhere to eat and we are so glad we did ??
Lots of affordable dishes with a great lunchtime deal!
I can't even begin to explain how amazing the food was, I had the Parmesan wedges (with a garlic mayo and chilli jam) and the lasagne which was absolutely incredible!!! My partner had the pizza which he also said was super tasty ?
We were also given ice water for the table free of charge!
The only thing I would like to mention is that it would be great if the ceramic lasagne dish came with a protective outer dish, I've been to some other places where they use a silicone sleeve which would be great.
I did burn two of my fingers on the dish as it was scolding hot and straight out of the oven - the staff did warn me that the dish was hot and it was definitely my own fault but I'd hate for this to happen to anyone else or children, as it's a very easy mistake to make and one of the staff mentioned they were once burned ?
Again, not a fault of the restaurant or staff at all, but definitely something that could be improved to prevent future injury.
Overall we will definitely be back soon and we'd 100% recommend Croma xx

213 Bury Old Rd, Prestwich, ManchesterWe visited on Sunday while in Manchester for the last night of Oasis. Atmosphere, welcome, staff, service and all-round feeling was second to none. We didn't order food, only drinks, but the free poppadoms were extremely welcomed! If we're in the area again I would not hesitate to visit and highly recommend for a fabulous welcome. Thank you for making our visit more special than it was already!

We had the set meal for 2 and didn’t need to change anything, all dishes were piping hot and very tasty. Restaurant atmosphere lovely and staff were faultless, very friendly and attentive. Absolutely recommend and without a doubt returning. I’m not really a sweet and sour lover but couldn’t stop eating it ? that was a dish we was going to change and so glad we didn’t

Bury New Rd, Prestwich, ManchesterSo I popped through the drive through at KFC in Prestwich for my Wife as she fancied a KFC so i ordered a 10 piece bucket with 4x Fries, 2 large sides and a bottle of pop.
Super Polite and friendly staff, Excellent customer service, Carpark was spotlessly clean super fast food and it was hot and tasted amazing.
