I just bought a flat via The Property Man and I was very impressed with the service from Kim, Kathryn and the team. They went above and beyond to chase solicitors in the rest of the chain when there were delays, as well as keeping me informed of progress. Not your average estate agents. Would happily use again. I used the Property Man to rent my house over the last few years. The service I have received has been outstanding from initial discussions about the process, Rob coming to undertake a full review of the property, including suggestions for areas of improvement, undertaking all photos, obtaining all the relevant certificates for me and finding me a perfect tenant. We had a really good experience selling and purchasing a property with The Property Man. The WhatsApp group was a brilliant idea and the communication was excellent even out of hours. Your phone call was always answered and Jessica and Kimberley were brilliant at keeping in touch and making the sale and purchase happen on what was a tight schedule. I would definitely recommend The Property Man.
