Visited for pre-match drinks before a Stockport County game. Six quality ales on cask and they were in top notch condition. Excellent pork pie too to accompany a couple of pints of Lancaster Black Stout. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Definitely worth a visit if ever you are in town.
Excellent community pub, with a superb range of beers and lovely staff.They hold regular events, like quizzes and beer and cider tasting. A Stockport must-visit if you're into beer.

Time and time again love popping into the Tap either on my own or with friends. Beer is always spot on, staff are brilliant and other guests make a nice atmosphere. Plenty of choice of ales and ciders you're bound to find one you'll enjoy. Feels like a proper old style pub in a modern space.
