We have just moved to the area and called into this pub as it will be our local and I have to say it’s so friendly and welcoming and the Ham egg and chips is so so nice so make sure you try it as not on the menu but Sean will make it for you , dog friendly and as I said really nice friendly pub so try it out ?
Just got there as they opened with my Mum, warm welcome from the manager and the young lady working there, decent lunch selection, and we where also told the menu is also set to change, will definitely be back to try it.For more reviews of local pubs add my snap: stethemanKid-friendliness: Large garden at the rear of the premises, used to go when I was younger with grandparents.

Could not be happier with this hidden gem. Found it on the off chance and popped in for some food. Superb service and brilliant food. My missus loved the home made sausage roll. Have to admit it looked amazing. Well worth a visit.
