This Costa is soooo busy - BUT - the staff are sooooo friendly and kind. Honestly I visited yesterday and couldn’t be more impressed. Once I was served the service was very speedy. There’s just a huge volume of people using this outlet. I’mNot sure how they cope to be honest but 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Def recommended.
This is one of the best Costa around in Basingstoke, I visit regularly and never had a problem. Staff are always happy and friendly. Service is always good and fast depending on time of day. There is always a warm welcome.
