Reviews for Costa Coffee
Costa is one of my favourite coffee shops. It is less pretensious than other big names. They serve great coffee with a variety of milk options followed by multiple pastry options. The staff are very welcoming. The hot chocolate is also famous. I confess that their prices have edged up but costs have risen.
Very helpful staff and had a good choice of food and drinks. Did not have trays to carry food which did not help as I have a walking stick and can only carry one item of food. A bit difficult if you have more than one person you are ordering for.

The food is great and so is everyone else PSW working in the cafe except the big black dude that rushes people through their orders and assumes that you picked up the wrong item. He took my wife’s and my sisters orders and butchered them. The place is good, the big dude just needs to tone down his attitude a little.
