We’ve only ever ordered takeaway from this branch since the pandemic and last night was the first time we decided to dine in at the behest of a 4yr old ?However, he burst out crying (softly) on hearing there’s a wait so we decided to go elsewhere as he was very hungry.The staff absolutely wasted no time in trying their best to find a table for us.Rest of the evening was spent on some delicious food and impeccable service during such busy peak hours.Special mentions - Steve,...read full review

Busy Friday evening at Wagamama yet we were welcomed with a smile and got a table quickly. The food was excellent, hot and served quickly. 3 mains, 3 starters and 3 drinks £73. The staff was very helpful although they were very busy.

We were seated so quickly on a busy Saturday night. Food was piping hot and delicious. Vlad was excellent, he made the whole family feel comfortable and welcome. He was professional and understanding all the way through. What a great asset he is to the Wagamamas team in Basingstoke. We'll definately be coming again to that specific site.
