The Alma Inn
Alma Ln, Upham, Lower Upham, SouthamptonHad an excellent carvery lunch today. The roast meats were cooked to perfection – tender, flavourful, and juicy. There was a great variety of sides, and everything was fresh and well-seasoned. The service was top-notch as well; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Sweet Corner
10 High St, Bishop's Waltham, SouthamptonThis is a very handy little shop/tea room. Doesn't offer cooked meals, but does offer, tea, coffee and soft drinks... their toasted tea cakes are excellent value and recommended. They have a couple of tables outside (weather permitting) and a few seats inside...but NOT an abundance.
For those who rely on wheelchairs, access is hindered by an awkward threshold. But as they have the seating outside this isn't exactly a game changer.
Very welcoming and friendly staff. Recommended.
