fair oak garden centre, 2 Winchester Rd, Fair Oak, EastleighSitting in conservatory, was very comfortable. We just had cappuccino and cake then later pot of tea and chocolate tiffin. It was very nice. Staff were excellent, carrying a tray of tea/cake for me and clearing table when needed.Parking: Plenty of places at 11.15am
