Booked a table as we were staying at rhe nearby Elvetham Hotel for a surprise weekend away. The atmosphere is cosy and welcoming, and the staff are very attentive, without being intrusive. What a lovely restaurant with incredibly nice and helpful staff! We stopped unexpectedly after a problem with my car and we’re waiting for the RAC (5 hours and they STILL didn’t arrive!) so we ate and had a beer.

We are never disappointed. The food is always excellent. The waiters are friendly and make our children feel very grown up and wanted. 5stars is all I can give but they deserve more.
