Winchester Coffee Roasters
Unit 7a, Sun Valley Business Park, Winnall, WinchesterI attended a day’s barista training course a few weeks ago. Very impressed with the knowledgeable chap running the course as well as the speciality coffee that’s roasted on site. We learnt about the origins and different types of coffee beans and where it’s grown and the roasting processes involved, plus all about brew ratios, dialling in and how to get the best extractions, as well as making all the different coffee drinks using their commercial espresso machines and grinders. All in all a great day and also received some bags of coffee beans to practice my barista skills at home!
