Lovely lunch at Spice Island, nice portion of fish & chips with bread & butter on the side! Food was lovely and hot. Good prompt service after food had been served they checked with us that everything was satisfactory.The restaurant welcomed our dog, she was given a bowl of water and there were doggy treats too.Nice friendly atmosphere.
Food was really good. Good size portion, tasty, well cooked and presented plus value for money. Only not so good thing was we were given a round table with a circular bench seat which was very torn and in bad repair. Also although staff were polite and pleasant they didn't once ask for if things were ok and we couldn't find anyone to thank and say goodbye to.
